• - Shifts & Scheduling: 0645-1515 M-F, start at 6a for Open Heart Case Prep. OT opportunity, CV team lead will make schedule
• - Guaranteed Hours: 32hr/week, scheduled 40hr/week - 8hr shifts M-F 0645-1515
• - Department Specific Orientation: 4-5 days unit based orientation; 2 buddy call shifts flexible orientation based on recent heart experience
• - Department has a family atmosphere

Job Requirements
• - Experience/Must have skills: 3 years of CVOR experience, open hearts, CABG, Valves, MUST be willing to first scrub
• - Floating Requirements: MUST BE WILLING to cross train to other OR specialties and float as a 1:1 sitter to supplement hours if necessary

Schedule Information
• - Day Shifts: M-F 0645-1515 (6a for open heart cases) with anticipated OT
• - Call Requirements: 3-4 times per week, plus every other to every third weekend
• - Holiday/Call Requirements: rotating holidays, must be willing to work
• - Call Response Time: 15 minutes, with 8-hour reprieve shifts for post call

Unit Specific Information
• - # of Suites: 2 CVOR suites
• - Average # of cases per day: 1-3
• - Common Cases: Open hearts, thoracotomies, VATS, Convergent, AAA, carotids, ION robotic cases, ECMO, Impella 5.5, Stryker towers

Additional Details
• - Dress Code: Scrub Color/Dress Code Provided
• - RTO needed upfront (7 or less days per 13 week contract). No additional RTO will be approved
• - Radius Rule: 50 miles exclusion for candidates affiliated with CommonSpirit
