Certification Details
• As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance: CPI, AVADE or MOAB.

Job Details
• Ultrasound position available at Cheshire Medical Center.
• This position requires the nurse to be willing to work two of the following: Thanksgiving and weekend after, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day and weekend after, New Year Eve/New Year Day and weekend after.
• Non-Billable Orientation: 0.
• Multipliers (OT, Holiday): 1.25%.

Job Requirements
• 2+ years Vascular experience.
• MUST have experience with ALL age groups.
• ARDMS required.

Schedule Information
• CHESHIRE MEDICAL CENTER WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT CONSIDER ANY SCHEDULING ACCOMMODATION REQUESTS (Block Scheduling, etc).
• As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance.
• NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

Additional Details
• This is a small community without public transport.
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
