Certification Details
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ONLY! CCS - please refer to Certs for Carilion By Unit spreadsheet or the job posting)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA ONLY! CCS - please refer to Certs for Carilion By Unit spreadsheet or the job posting)
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA ONLY! check Certs for Carilion By Unit spreadsheet or the job posting)
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (check 'Units' under the Facility Profile to determine if required)
• State License Verification (Primary Source Verification must be run within 30 days of start)

Job Details
• 4x12 hour nights, 7P-7A
• MUST START BETWEEN NOV 11 - DEC 09
• 10 Week Assignment
• 48 hours is preferred, but can do 36
• No Holiday RTO - Must be willing to work the Holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day
• Vent Experience Preferred
• Traveler could be offered any open PCU, not just the one associated with this opening.
• Currently 1:5 ratios for PCU
• All travelers are expected to float as needed to other PCUs and potentially Med Surg units

Schedule Information
• 4x12 hour shifts
• Night shift from 7P-7A
• 48 hours per week is preferred

Additional Details
• I9 or attestation required.
• TIME SENSITIVE! Drivers License/State ID required within 48 hours of signing. If candidate cannot provide a valid ID that meets the criteria, they will be canceled.

• Residency Declaration Form is required for candidates working on a compact license.
