Mercy Health – St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima, Ohio is seeking a board certified/board eligible neurologist. We offer a comprehensive neuroscience program including 24/7/235 neuro endovascular, neurocritical care and neurosurgery coverage in addition to outpatient general neurology care. As our neuroscience and stroke programs continue to grow, there is a need for additional outpatient neurology support.
This provider will serve our community by offering general neurology, in addition to subspecialty expertise in any areas of interest including: stroke, neuromuscular, movement disorders, epilepsy, TBI or dementia.
All subspecialties are welcome. We will help you build a robust program around your specialty area of interest. Leadership and growth potential is immeasurable. Combined in-person and virtual visit options. NO inpatient coverage and NO on-call.
You will work in a very collegial multi-specialty group at a large (424 bed) regional referral center serving a ten-county area with a patient population of more than 480,000.

- We are the only Comprehensive Stroke Certified hospital in our region.
- Our primary and secondary service lines in our 10-county area in NW Ohio with the closest competitive comprehensive centers being Toledo, Fort Wayne, Dayton and Columbus.
- Rita's offers a brand new 28 bed inpatient rehabilitation unit, full range home health and outpatient therapy services, PMR services and Pain Management.
- As we continue to establish our program as the premier comprehensive neuroscience program in our region, this candidate will have the opportunity to work collaborative with our team to continue to grow and expand our outpatient neurology services.
