Description
Mercy Health is seeking a dedicated Cardiology Physician to join our team at Mercy Health Defiance Hospital. This position offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive cardiology care including office visits, procedures, and consults in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct office visits, consultations, and procedures at Mercy Health Defiance Clinic and Hospital.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including EKG, echocardiogram (Echo), and stress testing.
- Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary teams and participate in case conferences.
- Provide high-quality clinical care with a focus on patient safety and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with referring physicians to ensure seamless continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records.
Facility and Resources:
- State-of-the-art radiology and laboratory services onsite to support comprehensive patient care.
- Access to advanced technology and equipment for diagnostic testing and surgical procedures.
Requirements:
- Board certification or eligibility in Cardiology.
- Completion of a Fellowship program in Cardiology.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
- Eligibility for medical licensure in the state of Ohio.
