Join us as a Senior Finance Analyst!
Financial Analysts at BMC serve as trusted finance advisors to the business and have responsibility for budget, planning, and forecasting. You will have the opportunity to learn about the complete end to end business model that we have while supporting a business that believes in the value of finance. You will help key stakeholders understand the financial impact of their business decisions with accompanying analytics.
Here is how, through this exciting role, YOU will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Use data analysis skills to compile and analyze financial information and trends for the assigned organization and communicate results and recommendations to management and the business.
- Work with the team to develop and maintain processes and reports to track key business metrics.
- Create usable budgets for the business including but not limited to preparing complex models
- Contribute to the enhancement of policies, procedures, and business practices that improve efficiency within the finance function and the business.
- Develop and maintain integrated financial plans and forecasts using detailed financial metric modeling and analytics.
- You hold a Bachelor's degree, Finance or Accounting concentration preferred, along with 5+ years of experience in Financial Analyst role
- You have a strong knowledge of financial principles and financial planning and analysis
- You have advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, as well as strong analytical skills
- You understand core finance business processes that allow you to ensure timely delivery of financial results including Quarterly Business Reviews, close processes, SOX controls, and Audit.

The annual base salary range represents the low and high end of the BMC salary range for this position. Actual salaries depend on a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training, licensure, and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
The range listed is just one component of BMC's employee compensation package. Other rewards may include a variable plan and country specific benefits.
At BMC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at /near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000 - $140,000
