Job Description: Integrates knowledge theory and practice to properly execute procedures in assigned areas of the laboratory and deliver accurate results in a timely manner. With advanced training maintains competence in all Cytology practices to perform pre-analytic analytic and post-analytic procedures on biological specimens to aid health care providers in the diagnosis treatment monitoring and prevention of disease. Screening up to 80 GYN specimens/day.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college/university
- ASCP-Certification by the American Society for Clinical Pathology as a Cytologist CT
- CDPH-Licensure by the California Department of Public Health as a Cytotechnologist CLM/CTT
- 2 years recent relevant experience

Shift: 5 x 8 Days M - F 0 no weekend or on call requirements
