Description
Atlantic Health System is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual, who is interested in pursuing Physical or Occupational Therapy as a career, to join the energetic and innovative team of healthcare professionals in their Atlantic Rehabilitation Outpatient Division in Newton as a Rehabilitation Aide. This is a per diem position in which the candidate will responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for the delivery of rehabilitation services.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Assists the therapist in carrying out each patient's interdisciplinary plan of care for therapy.
2. Maintains equipment and advises the therapist of any issues that arises.
3. Maintains and organizes the inventory supplies, ordering stock, and cleaning the stock areas.
4. Ensures and maintains equipment and treatment area clean before and after therapy session.
5. Performs and assists day-to-day non-clinical patient care duties.
6. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred:
1. Candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in PT or OT
2. Prior experience working with patients preferred.
