**Responsibilities**
Manage market clinical professional development teams to implement and evaluate multi-faceted competency-based programs and align performance, delivery, and program operations.
+ Manage the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical learning delivery, programs, and performance processes that support core clinical competency across the market.
+ Manage a team of subject matter experts focused on clinical professional development competency design and delivery to meet organization goals through national and regional competency alignment and clinicalprogram delivery.
+ Monitor programs, budget alignment and compliance, financial targets, expenditures, and associate performance.
+ Manage the delivery of learning programs to meet nursing, allied health, and pharmacy education competency standards.
**Requirements**
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
+ Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
+ Professional Registered Nurse credentialed from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) obtained within 18 Months (1 1/2 year) of hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
+ Required professional licensure/certification AND 3 years of experience required.
+ 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
**Additional Preferences**
+ 5 years of nursing experience, 3 years CPD experience and manager experience preferred
