Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an experienced Master Scheduler located in Dundalk, Ireland site.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain IE, the Master Scheduler will work with the materials and planning teams in order to ensure on time and efficient deliveries of the final product with zero downtime.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Create daily production schedules.

  • Supervise that deadlines are met.

  • Ensure efficiency in scheduling with CTB (Clear to Build) utilization.

  • Liaise between the Material Account Manager and Program Teams on demand management.

  • Work closely with production personnel on accountabilities and productivity issues.

  • Plan efficient transaction of process with production personnel to ensure zero downtime.

  • Ensure smooth transaction of manufacturing process to raw materials.

  • Develop strategies and liaise with operational teams on capacity & equipment utilization.

  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth flow from raw material to final goods stage.

  • Use knowledge and experience of process flow to provide a useful resource to Materials on ERP and business system issues.

  • Provide training to staff members as required.

  • Report key metrics as required.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Engineering, Project Management or similar discipline

  • Engineering background who thrives on a demanding and challenging environment

  • 3+ years' experience in general project planning and control experience

  • Ability to run numerous meetings using proper meeting control and reporting tools

  • Advanced skill level in MS Project

  • Proficient in project management controls and understand multi-function projects requiring both internal and external resources

  • Effective communicator on all project levels to senior and middle management

  • Proven application of various planning methodologies used across multi-disciplined projects

  • To fully appreciate the financial implications of a job and use that knowledge to make wise schedule

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
    Experienced in successfully managing demanding customers
