THE ROLE

This high-visibility individual contributor position is essential to the success of the Packaging organization. The Technical Program Manager plays a pivotal role in influencing business decisions and driving cross-functional technology initiatives. This position involves collaborating with various teams to optimize operations and processes, leading spend management efforts by analyzing financial data, conducting strategic discussions with the Business Unit, building strong relationships with the Procurement team, and driving technology integration and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape AMD's technology and financial strategy within a dynamic and innovative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead budgeting and forecasting for AI and Data Center segments, including operational expenses, capital expenditures, and headcount planning.
• Perform financial analysis and provide accurate monthly reports to support business planning and decision-making.
• Offer expertise in processes and integration for high-profile technology programs.
• Demonstrate a proven track record of technical contributions and innovative problem-solving.
• Deliver actionable insights by identifying trends and addressing business issues to aid management decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement operational enhancements.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in supporting business leaders within high-growth environments.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

MS in technical field, such as Electrical Engineering, Physics/Optics Engineering, Material Science, or a related area, is preferred.
