THE ROLE:
The Operation Leader will support sales team to grow market share for AMD PCs, servers, and GPU. You will be responsible for managing daily business data and generating report, to make sure whole process run smoothly. Support Sales business MBR/QBR report and business segment finance data analysis, with collaborate company finance team.
THE PERSON:
An Operation Manager with very strong teamwork to coordinate internal Sales/BU and external customers/Dist, make sure business process goes smoothly.
Fluent English and good people communication skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify business needs of Sales Excellence systems includes but is not limited to CRM, Coordination of all tool activities. Support and maintain the systems in compliance with global and China standardized support system.
- Accountable for transparency, consistency and accuracy of pipeline, responsible for reporting and dissemination to key stakeholders.
- Project leader for business process standardization, integration, training and implementation.
- Champion implementation and adoption of the sales mechanism across the Region by tracking, monitoring & reporting on KPIs to drive accountability and enable effective Root Cause Analysis and identification of best-in-class practices.
- Work with HR training to identify process or learning gaps, and work with relevant Stakeholders to develop and implement improvement plans.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
University degree, business, economy
- 10+ years of working experience of Commercial Excellence role in Semiconductor , Information Technology or equipment industry, experience with CRM preferred
- Good data processing and business analysis skill, strong in Microsoft office (Excel, PPT, etc)
- Good presentation skill
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Fluency in English reading, writing and speaking
