About the role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spring Intern to join our Human Resources team, specifically within Talent Acquisition. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and contribute to meaningful projects that add value to the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support for hourly recruiting efforts.
- Assist with New Hire Orientation and Onboarding processes.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and filing for the entire HR team.
- Lead a major project to initiate the digitization of paper HR records stored on-site.
- Present project outcomes at the intern symposium at the end of spring.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be able to work minimum 25 hours, 40 hours preferred
- Previous HR experience is not required but is considered a plus.
- Preferred candidates will have office and/or administrative experience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
