En tant que Responsable Régional de l'Ingénierie de la Fiabilité, vous serez responsable de déployer et de garantir l'adhésion aux processus, systèmes, outils, métriques, tableaux de bord et formations de l'ingénierie de la fiabilité globale d'Alcoa. Vous travaillerez sous la supervision du Régional Reliability Excellence Manager.

Les responsabilités clés comprennent :

• Déployer les processus, systèmes, outils, métriques et tableaux de bord de la fiabilité globale dans la région.
• Soutenir le déploiement des outils et processus de fiabilité des actifs, y compris l'élimination des défauts (DE), la gestion des opportunités et l'analyse des causes profondes (RCA).
• Aligner les stratégies de maintenance opérationnelle (OMS) et les stratégies de gestion des équipements (EMS) avec les processus globaux.
• Agir en tant que premier point d'escalade pour les pannes d'équipement, les enquêtes, le dépannage et la facilitation des RCA.
• Développer des formations ou des normes spécifiques à la région/site en collaboration avec le CoE mondial.
• Assurer la conformité avec les normes mondiales et soutenir l'amélioration continue.

Ce que vous apportez au rôle :

• BAC en ingénierie (de préférence en mécanique/fiabilité) et un master en ingénierie, fiabilité ou gestion (fortement souhaité).
• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience en tant qu'ingénieur de fiabilité ou leader de maintenance.
• Minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de gestion/leadership en ingénierie, avec une expérience en tant qu'autorité technique principale.
• Expertise avérée en ingénierie de la fiabilité et développement de stratégies au niveau régional.
• Expérience dans les industries minières, de raffinage et/ou de fusion (fortement souhaitée).
• Style de leadership collégial et consultatif avec de fortes capacités d'influence et de gestion du changement.
• CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) fortement souhaité.
• Bilingue. Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, car vous devrez interagir avec des parties prenantes à travers l'Amérique du Nord.

Join our team as a Regional Reliability Engineering Lead and play a key role in enhancing the reliability of our assets across the region. You will be at the heart of our mission to deploy and maintain global asset management standards, while collaborating with global experts to ensure alignment with our overall vision.

As the Regional Reliability Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for deploying and ensuring adherence to the global Alcoa Reliability Engineering processes, systems, tools, metrics, dashboards, and training. You will work under the supervision of the Regional Reliability Excellence Manager.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Deploy global Reliability processes, systems, tools, metrics, and dashboards across the region.
• Support the deployment of the Asset Reliability tools and processes, including Defect Elimination (DE), Opportunity Management, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Align Operating Maintenance Strategies (OMS) and Equipment Management Strategies (EMS) with global processes.
• Act as the first point of escalation for equipment failures, investigations, troubleshooting, and RCA facilitation.
• Develop region/site-specific training or standards in collaboration with the Global CoE.
• Ensure compliance with global standards and support continuous improvement.

What You Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Reliability preferred) and a master's in engineering, Reliability, or Management (highly desirable).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a reliability engineer or maintenance leader.
• Minimum of 5 years in an engineering management/leadership role, with experience as a principal/technical authority.
• Proven expertise in reliability engineering and strategy development at the regional level.
• Experience in mining, refining, and/or smelting industries (highly desirable).
• Collegial and consultative leadership style with strong influencing and change management capabilities.
• CMRP (Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional) highly desirable.
• Bilingual. English & French language fluency as you will need to engage with stakeholders across North America.
