Adventist Health Castle (AHCS) is seeking a full-time, board-certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our dynamic, well-established, Women's Health OB-GYN group practice. The ideal candidate will be mission-oriented and collaborative, dedicated to providing high-quality, comprehensive OB-GYN medical and surgical care services, including antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, neonatal and interconception care. Incumbent will have a dedicated medical assistant, work independently in an efficient paced clinic, have a commitment to exceptional patient care, and a passion for serving the Windward community and beyond. Regular clinics hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM.
Candidates must be American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB) Certified, a graduate of a school of nurse midwifery accredited by the American College of Nurse-Midwives (ACNM), Hawaii licensed or become Hawaii licensed, and meet the hospital's medical staff credentialing standards.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of a school of nurse midwifery accredited by the ACNM and AMCB certification. Current Hawaii Registered Nurse License. Current Hawaii Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License with prescriptive authority that meets education requirement(s) for Hawaii state APRN prescriptive authority. Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR card and Neonatal Resuscitation Program card certifications. Two (2) years nurse practitioner experience or equivalent nursing experience. Prefer five (5) years NP CNM experience or equivalent in primary care in an outpatient setting.
