Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) a national nonprofit profit provider of housing and care services for adults with disabilities and seniors as well as veterans seeks a full time Regional Housing Manager in Greeley, CO.   

The Regional Housing Manager manages locations throughout the USA to develop/monitor annual budget, market property, oversee move in/outs and supervise building staff. This position also Maintain appropriate records according to U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and other funding requirements

Qualifications:  Bachelor's Degree in related field or combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted. Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in the area of multi-site housing management. Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs

This position will require moderate travel ability - so you must be available to travel as needed (out of state)
