Accessible Space Inc. (ASI) is a national nonprofit organization providing housing and personal care services to individuals with physical disabilities, seniors and veterans.

We are seeking a full time Property Representative with maintenance experience at two of our apartment buildings in Greeley, CO.  This is a full time position split between two locations - both locations are on West 10th Street) 

2 bedroom apartment available rent free!

 

The Property Representative is responsible for:

• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents
• Minor building maintenance
• Cleaning common areas
• Apartment turnovers
• Maintaining supplies
• Completing move out inspections,
• Showing vacant units to prospective residents
• Communicating management topics with the residents

Qualifications for the Property Representative: 

• A minimum of two years of successful experience in the area of property management.
• Demonstrated basic mechanical skills along with an ability to perform routine building and grounds maintenance

• Must be reliable and able to work independently without direct supervision.
