JOB SUMMARY: To provide medication review and case management for our client and contract companies. This position will allow you to work from home with the rare occasion of in person meetings with management.

1. Receive escalated Medication review cases for classification determination

2. Classify cases based on Cautionary, Restricted, or Dangerous categories

3. Make contact with affected personnel within 48 hours of receipt of the case to notify next steps        

4. Contact the personnel's prospective employer to notify them of personnel placed on access hold

5. Escalate complicated cases to our medical control team

6. May be required to attend in-person meetings occasionally

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

2. Have and maintain Registered nurse credentials in good standing

3. Must be able to read, write and communicate professionally and effectively with employees and        managers.  Must possess the ability to write simple correspondence or reports.  Must possess the ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees and/or managers.

4. Current and valid state driver's license

5. Must be knowledgeable of company protocols, operational procedures and policies
