Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Role: Onsite

Job Description:

• Taking and monitoring patient vital signs.
• Assisting patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
• Administering medication.
• Communicating changes in patient behavior or health status to Nurses, Physicians.

• LPN License.
• BLS/CPR Certification.
• Covid-19 Vaccination Card.
