Are you interested in positively impacting students’ lives? We are seeking a collaborative, energetic, and innovative adjunct instructor for the Arts and Letters Division who are committed to student retention and success. Instructors are responsible for establishing and promoting an effective learning environment to maximize student learning. Instructors may be assigned to teach in a traditional classroom and/or blended/hybrid settings as needed in the Arts and Letters Division at Delta College. Face-to-face classes meet in various locations such as the main campus, downtown centers, and dual enrollment partners.

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provides a working knowledge of the aesthetics and ethics of photojournalism. Introduces creation of compelling and communicative images for news, sports, feature and portraits, as well as how to tell a story using multiple images. Employs the use of digital photographic tools to produce and edit photographs and video intended for print and online news publications.

Required Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree and relevant professional experience.
