• Organize and implement a truck cleanliness program, ensuring vehicles adhere to a structured wash schedule, both interior an exterior
• Perform general custodial duties around the maintenance shop or yard if needed, including sweeping, organizing parts, and maintaining overall cleanliness

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Experience in a maintenance shop or industrial environment preferred, but not required
• Previous truck washing experience is a plus
• Commitment to safety and operational awareness
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to assist with additional tasks as needed
• Basic English reading, writing, and comprehension skills for following verbal and written instructions
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Stable work history

• Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including heat, freezing temperatures, rain, and snow
• Frequent work in an industrial maintenance shop and outdoor environments
• Ability to regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally 50 lbs, and climb on and off equipment
• Must be comfortable working at heights
