Job Details
• This is an AYA offer unit.
• Traveler must sign within 24 hours to avoid losing the offer to another candidate.
• Manager will call candidate after contract signing and will have 48 hours to reject candidate post-interview.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience & travel experience, pass clinical review to receive auto offer - compact license accepted.
• Please indicate the WA license status: Active, in Process, or no license on your profile.
• If 'in process status' Please provide applied date and ETA of issue date.
• If previous permanent employees of ANY Providence affiliated facility must be separated from the health system for a min of 3 months to qualify for a travel position.
• All Swedish facilities honor active compact licenses.
• Option to flex less than 26 weeks.
• Will accept first-time travelers, Can submit with pending WA license.

Job Requirements
• Candidates must have CVICU experience and strong cardiac surgical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
• Experience in Cardiovascular disease treatment, Post Cath Lab and IR procedures, and Fresh Open Heart Surgery is needed.
• Travel experience is necessary to receive an auto offer.
• Compact license is accepted.
• Open heart experience and device management experience (i.e. IABP, PrismFlex, Impella, ECMO, LVAD) are preferred.

• Staffing ratio- 1:1-2

Unit Specific Information
• Patient diagnoses include Cardiovascular disease, Pre/post Cath Lab and IR procedures, Fresh Open Heart Surgery.
• Special procedures such as CABG, OHS, AAA, Valvular Repairs.
• Experience with IABP, Impella, VAD's, Pacemakers, Epicardial Pacer Management.
• Familiarity with CRRT/Dialysis, Hemodynamic Monitoring, Breathing Treatments, Chest Tube Set-up/Care, CPAP/BiPap, Trach Care, Vents.
• Experience with High Frequency Vents, Procedure Sedation, RSI - Rapid Sequence Intubation Drugs, Blood/BloodProducts Administration, Cardioversion/Defibrillation, Colling/Warming, Obtain 12 Lead EKG is preferred.
