Job Details

• REQUIRED: Heart transplant, cardiac background, vascular, thoracic
• Patient Age Group: Adults-Geriatrics
• Call requirements: Call requirements are variable dependent upon staffing. Typically, it is one week day call every week and one weekend every 5-6 weeks (all variable)
• Unit Systems: Pyxis, EPIC, SBAR
• Block Scheduling not offered
• HOLIDAYS: No Holiday RTO Accepted
• MAX RTO 7 Days
• FULL compliance required to start on time; if not compliant in time the push back is 2 weeks due to bi-weekly orientation schedule
• Prescreen

• ACLS - CL's – Please reference UD to determine if this is required for this specialty.
• BLS - Not required for Microbiology Techs, Med Techs, Phlebotomists
• PALS - Required for RN's in following specialties: PACU/Pre-op/Endo/CSU (if these areas accept pediatric patients), ER
• EFM/AWHONN - Facility requires staff to take an online course within a few months of hire.
• Tech Cert Verification - National: Allied Annual License Verification (if applicable) within 30 days prior to start
• State License 1 Verification: CRTs & RRTs Must be licensed by the State of Georgia
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) within 30 days prior to start
• NIH Stroke Certification: Please reference UD to determine if this is required for this specialty.
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam: Required for RNs and LVNs by Aya only. Not required by Client.
• Color Blind Testing Online: Alert lead CL for any CBE's that are lower than 80%.
• Competency Exam: Required for Tele, MS/Tele, IMCU, ER, Card tele/step-down, ICU, PCU.
• Dysrhythmia/EKG Competency Exam: Required for the specified specialties.
