Summary of Job Description:
The Sr. Systems Analyst (Workday Financial) is responsible for implementation of the Workday Financial system, ensuring effective system administration, data integrity and process efficiency. This position analyzes, administers, and troubleshoots the Workday Financial system, FDM and FIN modules, working with accounting/finance associates and managers to identify appropriate enhancements, modifications, and corrections for process improvement. The Sr. Systems Analyst collaborates with Accounting/Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to support, maintain, and optimize our financial operations. This position conducts analysis and research to help determine the efficacy of the company's Workday Financial technology and identify potential new technology.
You'll get a chance to:
- Participate in Workday system implementation, upgrades, patches, and enhancements, evaluating their impact on existing configurations and processes.
- Configure, maintain, and enhance the Workday Financials system to meet evolving business needs.
- Develop and execute test plans, conduct system testing to ensure system accuracy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert of Workday Financial area and provides guidance, training, and support to end-users and troubleshooting system issues.
- Perform periodic and year end accounting closing in Workday system.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Accounting/Finance, IT, and other stakeholders, to gather business requirements and implement them into Workday Financials solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants as needed to implement new modules or functionality.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, recommending and implementing system enhancements and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends, Workday updates, and financial system advancements to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Your background and experience:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of experience in implementing and configuring Workday functionality.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.
Pay Range: P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
ADA Statement:
While performing duties, counter areas are often hot with steam from steam table and food vapors. Workspace is restricted and employees are generally expected to remain standing for long periods of time. Employees must prepare hot and cold foods, use Chinese cook knife and other kitchen equipment and work quickly without losing accuracy. Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand up to four hours and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. Kitchens are hot and noise levels are usually high; storage space is limited and shelving is high. Employees must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment, have effective verbal communication skills, ability to adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities, and the ability to manage conflicts/difficult situations.
