Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Customer Service
• Access Control
• Emergency Management
• Line Control
• Periodic foot patrols 
• Daily occurrence reporting
• Proactive & reactive security patrols
• Response to incidents
• Monitor and report any deficiencies. 
• Assist as required with daily operations and securing site and staff to ensure a safe environment. 
• Report writing
• Investigate routine incidents
• Must be able to commute to for pre-deployment training (3 of 5 training days)  Must be able to provide certifications in Use of Force (UoF) and Management of Aggressive Behaviour (MOAB)  
• Applicants lacking these certifications can opt into Paladin's UoF/MOAB training program prior to their onboarding training to ensure they meet the requirements of the position  
• Other duties and responsibilities as stated and directed by the client and or management. 

Please be aware:

The UoF/MOAB training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite, however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Minimum of 1 year security experience
COVID Double Vaccinated
Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
Valid Ontario Security License
