Title and Summary

Senior Specialist, HR Technical Program Management Sr Specialist, TA Operations

Overview:
As a Senior Specialist in Talent Acquisition Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and innovating our talent acquisition process, with a particular focus on efforts and projects tied to elevating the performance of the technology assets that power our global talent acquisition operations. Leveraging your technical expertise and project management skills, you will drive initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment operations. This role requires a digitally fluent, strategic thinker who can navigate technical solutions, design innovative experiences, manage complex projects, implement best practices, and deliver scalable, compliant solutions to continually improve our talent acquisition function.

Role:
1. Leverage your technical expertise and design thinking to improve the recruiter, hiring manager and candidate experience. You will manage strategic and continuous improvement projects, including system upgrades, process improvements, integrations and new tool implementations (e.g. process automation, genAI, etc.).
2. Understand/analyze talent acquisition technology stack and develop roadmap to optimize TA processes (in ATS & CRM) for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and data integrity. Establish and track KPIs and SLAs for talent acquisition operations and ensure targets are met.
3. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to enhance recruitment workflows and candidate experience, staying abreast of evolving business needs and compliance requirements.
4. Partner with service delivery teams to analyze performance, diagnose issues, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement (interview scheduling, background check performance, offer letter compliance, etc.). Present to senior leadership for data-driven insights and decision making.
5. Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables; manage communications and updates to all stakeholders; monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
6. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices and recommend changes to keep the organization at the forefront of talent acquisition.
7. Develop and deliver training programs for talent acquisition team members on new processes, tools, and system updates/best practices.
8. Manage vendor relationships and QBR schedule; partner with Procurement and TA Leaders for ROI analysis and recommendations for contract renewals.


All About You:
• Prior experience in talent acquisition operations, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and driving operational improvements, including initiatives of highly technical nature.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, tools, and best practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerBI or Tableau skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
