Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $17.75
3rd Shift- 10pm-6:30am

What's a typical day as a Machine Operator? You'll be:
- Operating the primary compounding and secondary blending of raw materials in the extrusion area while meeting specified productivity levels.
- Performing mechanical tasks such as disassembling and reassembling equipment for cleaning and changeover.
- Troubleshooting material problems as they arise and monitoring production to adjust machines as needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 3 years of experience with the extrusion process and related experience, preferably within the plastics or automotive industry.
- Are comfortable with heights and can perform physical tasks, including standing, climbing, and balancing.
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's degree preferred) and have the ability to read, comprehend, and write simple correspondence.
