Job summary:

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Intern Import / Export Analyst  located in Aguascalientes

Example: Responsible for coordinating all local pickups with approved carriers, according with the volume requested , making sure that the CCP info is given to the carrier so they can process the carta porte prior to pickup

What a typical day looks like:

• Contact the local purchasing team to prepare and schedule the local pickups

• Contact the carriers to schedule the units according with the volume requested and type of service

• Make sure PFA is processed by purchasing team, prior to scheduling the pickup

• Follow up with the carrier to ensure pickup providing “control tower” folio for access to Flex Norte site , and “control trailer” folio for entrance to the Flex Aguas site
