Weekend, Call and Holiday required

Requirements:

• LA License
• 2 Years' Experience required
• Stents, Ablations, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Peripherals, Upper and Lower Extremities, Abd and Pelvic, Genitourinary Studies, Vascular Studies, Venous Access, Neurological Studies, & Hemo Dynamic Monitoring experience required
• BLS, ARRT & LSRT

Other Details:

• Required Equipment Experience: Phillips single & Bi-Plane
• Preferred Equipment Experience: Siemens
• Will accept a temp LSRT, takes 3-5 days to issue once fee is paid and proof of ARRT certification are received
• COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only
• Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions
