Job Summary:
Under the supervision of the Chef, the Cook is responsible for cooking, preparing and seasoning food. Also responsible for production and distribution of foods for hospital patients, cafeteria and special functions as assigned. Must be able to work independently.

Shift:Variable
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm, 9:00am - 5:00pm, 11:00am - 7:00pm, 1:00pm - 9:00pm. Every other weekend rotation, both Saturday and Sunday.
Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience cooking
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team
- Exhibit dependability through work duties
- Attention to detail
Education Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED or a minimum of 3 years full-time experience in a related field
