Description

DTC Registered Nurse

As our Registered Nurse, you will be entrusted with ensuring the quality and safe delivery of nursing services in the Diagnostic & Treatment Center (DTC) and Day Health Center (DHC). Your duties will include assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating nursing care in the Medical Practice and DHC. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in investigating and resolving customer issues, performing nursing procedures, promoting a safe environment for the participants, documenting all new medications, and coordinating mail order prescriptions.

Skills

Ability to independently perform nursing procedures

Ability to document all new medications as per MD's orders

Skills in coordinating and preparing mail order prescriptions

Excellent problem-solving skills to resolve customer grievances

Ability to evaluate and promote a safe environment for the participants

Excellent communication skills for email correspondence with vendors, participants, or providers

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). ( PERM TO HIRE)

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Brooklyn, New York. ( PART TIME)

Work Environment

Our work environment is a dynamic Community Health Center. Bushwick, NY.
