**Job Summary:**

Key Responsibilities:

Coach and mentor staff to develop high-performing teams, ensuring equitable performance evaluations, hiring practices, staff assignments, and compensation. Resolve conflicts, seek feedback, and address performance concerns, while detailing professional development plans and growth opportunities.

Collaboratively resolve day-to-day administrative and operational issues, and develop strategic staffing plans focused on retention, succession planning, and resource optimization.

Effectively communicate with current and prospective internal and external clients on the benefits of partnering with the Office of Continuing Medical Education.

Represent to constituents as a responsive organization providing fair, consistent and reasonable accreditation practices.

Develop and implement strategies for effective communication and customer service, ensuring maximum client satisfaction and strong partnerships.

Oversee the implementation of accreditation processes and timelines, ensuring accurate and timely decisions for providers through updated reporting tools.

Identify opportunities for continuous quality improvement, collaborate with education technology teams to evaluate and optimize systems, and ensure the successful deployment of new technologies.

Drive ACCME equivalency, pursue joint providership initiatives, ensure compliance with ACCME criteria, and develop initiatives in partnership with ACCME to further the Office of Continuing Medical Education.

Collaborate with the OME Business Services team on financial analysis, budget development, and annual fee structure deployment.

Oversee financial operations, including evaluating monthly reports, mitigating variances, and ensuring compliance with university guidelines.

Develop and train staff for responsible procurement activities, coordinate requisition activities, and manage travel reimbursements and procurement card reconciliations.

Participate in the development and presentation of CME's educational and outreach activities.

Represent to constituents as a responsive organization providing fair, consistent and reasonable accreditation practices.
