**Schedule:** Full-time, 7pm- 7 am

**Shift** : Nights

**The role you'll contribute:**

**Responsible for developing, achieving, and maintaining the goals of the emergency department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations. Consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. Collaboratively works with nurse leaders in maintaining productivity, supporting initiatives, and ensuring units/departments are appropriately staffed. Will assist in identifying staff development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.**

**Daily productivity and expense management and support emergency department manager with budget preparation**

**Support daily staffing plan matching competency with patient acuity**

**Focus on patient safety, patient experience, and performance improvement in alignment with unit/department goals Encourage associate participation in decision through shared governance structure** .

**Develop an understanding around the importance of relationships and support team dynamics by role modeling professional behavior.**

Qualifications

**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**

**-Bachelor's degree in nursing-**

Two **-years clinical RN experience in the Emergency Department-**

**-One-year clinical leadership preferred-**

**Current Colorado RN License or a Compact RN License from a NCLA Compact State**

**BLS certification credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)**
