Position Details Position Information Recruitment/Posting Title Academic Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist - RWJUH at Hamilton Department RWJ-Pathology-PISC Salary Commensurate With Experience Posting Summary The Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School invites applications for a faculty position at the Assistant Professor or Associate Professor level in the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, RWJUH Department is responsible for all anatomic and clinical laboratory services at RWJUH-Hamilton, a 287 bed facility founded in 1971 and located in Hamilton Township, New Jersey, on a 67-acre campus adjacent to Veterans Park, the medical center provides a network of comprehensive health care services including hospital care, prevention and wellness, primary care and specialty practices, and outpatient diagnostic and treatment services to the successful candidate will be a member of the Anatomic and Clinical Pathology team, consulting with clinical staff; candidate will have the option to participate in the educational programs of the Department including teaching medical students and residents, and engagement in productive research activities, if desired. This is a community hospital general pathology service, although subspecialty expertise in cytopathology is desirable.
