Schedule Information
• Shift for this position – Three twelve-hour shifts
• Call Expectation – Based on the number of employees taking call, averaging 5-6 weekday shifts and 1 weekend shift (Average for 8 week sign up period)
• Weekends and On call(if any): Required to take call as stated above

• Unit Information: (Operating Room)
• Number of Beds – 11 ORs
• Number of Staff – Varies depending on day
• Type of staff: Day Shift – Average of 8 RNs, 8 Scrub techs and 5 Surgical support techs, Night Shift – One charge RN and one scrub tech in house with call team backup
• Patient Ratios – 1:1
• Type of equipment – Variety of OR beds and equipment
• EMR - Epic
• Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Scrub tech needs are total joints, neuro and Xi Robots
• List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Total Joints, Multi-level spine fusions, Variety of Xi Robotic cases (GYN, Colorectal, General), Very little ENT, Dental, Eyes or plastics
• Dress Code: Scrubs provided by facility
