CareerArc—a global leader in social recruiting and outplacement—was named the winner of a Silver Stevie® Award for Best New Product and Service of the Year in the Human Capital Management Software category in The 12th Annual International Business Awards today for its leading enterprise solution, CareerArc Outplacement. This award marks the third Stevie® Award win for the company this year: In March 2015, CareerArc won a Gold Stevie® Award for Customer Service Department of the Year, as well as a Silver Stevie® Award for Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year in the ninth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

More than 3,700 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories, including Company of the Year, Marketing Campaign of the Year, Best New Product or Service of the Year, Startup of the Year, Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year, and Executive of the Year, among others.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from May through early August.
