You may have heard the exciting news about CareerArc Outplacement being acquired by Italy’s largest multinational HR services company, Gi Group, and its rebrand into Intoo USA. We’re incredibly proud to have reached this milestone, and the CareerArc and Intoo teams have hit the ground running with important innovations already in the works.
Adding to this news, I have decided to step down from my role as Chairman and CEO of CareerArc and have left the position in very good hands. Jim Bramante, a CareerArc board member with PeakEquity, one of our investors, has stepped up as CareerArc’s new Chairman and CEO.
Jim is a veteran senior operating executive with hands-on experience across all continents, most recently as Senior Vice President with IBM. With 25 years of industry and consulting experience, Jim has worked with leading companies and executives around the globe.
I could not think of a better person to lead as the new CEO of CareerArc during this important company pivot, and I look forward to seeing all that the team will accomplish under Jim’s leadership.
