### We are thrilled to announce that CareerArc has been named a finalist in the 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service. 2018 marks our fourth consecutive year to earn this prized recognition for client care and product innovation.

As a finalist, CareerArc will be declared a Bronze, Silver, or Gold winner in the following categories:

1. *Customer Service Department of the* *Year – Computer Software*
2. *Award for Innovation in Customer Service – Computer Industries*
3. *Best Use of Technology in Customer Service – Computer Industries*

More than 2,500 nominations were considered in this year’s awards program evaluated by 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees. CareerArc joins a distinguished list of Stevie Award finalists, which this year include IBM, Cisco Systems, Zappos, VMware, Dell Technologies, and more.  Stevie Award Winners will be announced on February 23, 2018 at the Stevie Awards gala banquet in Las Vegas, NV.
