Linda Souza is responsible for leading CareerArc’s marketing strategy and programs, building its brand, and implementing strategic growth initiatives.

Linda is a 7x tech startup marketer with more than 20 years of experience helping lead early-stage and growth-stage startups to successful exits. Prior to CareerArc, Linda served in leadership roles for Gem (cryptocurrency and blockchain), Deep 6 AI (health tech), Central Desktop (acquired), Everbridge (IPO), and Ariba, an SAP company (acquired).

Linda earned a Master’s degree in Global Marketing from Emerson College in Brussels, Belgium and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts – Dartmouth.
